Sad news for me today as Prince has died. He was an amazing guitarist and an inspiring presence for me for over 30 years. I have almost all of his albums and have just recently been on a week-long Prince listening binge. Odd coincidence. Purple Rain obviously a classic album, and Diamonds and Pearls I enjoyed. Dirty mind, while NSFW, had what I consider some of his better music. Graffiti Bridge songs I find myself singing some days, and Batman was a superb soundtrack; very enjoyable. There's a lot more but I'll leave it there. Time to turn his sound on one more night and rock. There's joy in repetition. I know he's partying in the afterworld.
